CASA+ is a sustainable housing project developed by the office. The concept is of a compact housing that could be implanted in any region of the planet - using available natural resources in a rational way and generating energy with the lowest possible environmental impact.

The idea consists of using certified and recyclable materials, mechanisms for storing and reusing rainwater, generating clean e renewable energy through wind or solar sources - through plates placed along the entire the roof of the house (depending on the climate characteristics of each location where the project is implemented).

A large number of these homes, in addition to generating their own consumed energy, would be able to generate surplus energy to be shared with other homes and thus reduce the energy deficit of cities through an alternative source of capture.
